I know next to nothing re: audio setup/equipment and I called to set up a look at built in speakers not working in our newly constructed home. DES answered the phone on my first call attempt (better than competitors I called, no answer to phone calls) and took down all info and scheduled a date/time for the technicians to come work the problem. They were up front with pricing and the follow on invoice matched the quote exactly. Technicians were knowledgeable and fast in their work. Will definitely use when the need arises again
Had an AV system installed by DES, but have always had trouble with it. System never operates consistently. Sometimes the remote works, sometimes it doesn't. Randomly shuts off and then comes back on. Similar issues with BT headphones. Have had their technicians to the house multiple times, but they can't seem to properly diagnose and repair the issues. This is a great business to be in because you install something that needs consistent maintenance that you bill the customer for regularly.
Was on Hudson in Rogers, meeting with a contractor and stopped by DES. Renovating a house in Bella Vista and needed to contract for getting my AV system installed and tuned up when I move in. Spoke to the reception person at the front desk. Shared what I had in terms of equipment and the services I needed. Also shared my contact information. This was over 2 weeks ago. No call backs, no emails, just silence. I am a ready and willing buyer - Disappointing...
