He is consistent in his expertise, friendliness and prompt responses (except for the one week he forgot to call me back.) We laugh about it now! Travis is the best! Had an intermittent problem with Sony TV/soundbar connection and feared the worst. He diagnosed and did a work around and all is good. Great person, reasonable and prompt. Highly recommended
