AV by Design successfully updated our eleven year old audio/visual/security/wifi network and surveillance system. They were able to plan, problem solve and integrate new technology while preserving older equipment that was in excellent working order. The staff was completely professional and truly a joy to work with. More importantly, the follow up has been remarkable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, service, cost control, accurate billing and follow up from AV by Design. I would highly recommend them to design or update any home automation, security, audio/visual system for a business or home.
We had a three year relationship with this Company and spent a fair amount of money. The entirelty of our system never fully worked properly from Day 1. Lots of up charging, very high prices no transparency in to how things worked or how to remediate. New equipment “defective” requiring replacement, shoddy work. Very unreliable and ineffective customer service and support. Basically became a one-man operation. After giving the benefit of the doubt and thinking things would change, we finally cut ties. Buyer beware.
Very nice guys. Great service, helpful, very professional. Clean work, good prices, quick turnaround. Difently use them again!
