Wow! What a fantastic overall experience with Advanced Sound and Image!! From start to finish - I am a highly satisfied customer! If you need a simple TV wall-mounted and/or want to include Audio/Video install or Automation - - Look no further and call these guys now! I found Robert and his company while search thru reviews and the number of 5 Star reviews tell the story! The owner, Robert, is knowledgeable, kind, and straight forward; he prices his services very competitively and fairly. His install team of Curtis & Jose were top notch - experts in their field and efficient too! A plus for me was that they are also an authorized seller of Sonos Audio equipment as well as many brands of TVs. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already shared my positive experience with my neighbors and friends.
Reliable, Fast, and Professional! I am a repeat customer of Advanced Sound and Image, and they continue to exceed expectations. I originally used them for a home theater setup, and they were just as great this time around. What sets them apart: Fast & Fair: Robert was great to work with on the phone. He scheduled me quickly and provided excellent pricing. Expert Installation: Jose and Curtis were my installers today. They ran Ethernet cables to the garage and living room, and the work was incredibly nice and neat. They hid all the wires perfectly in the walls and attic. They even organized my storage door where the wiring is housed, which made a huge difference in keeping things tidy. It is rare to find a company that is this meticulous and efficient. I’ll definitely be using them again for all my future home audio and data needs!
I 100% recommend Robert and his team at Advanced Sound and Image for all of your hi-fi needs. I found this company by reading reviews from various local companies. I called and Robert was able to come by within 30 minutes to check out the speakers in our new home, and see what we needed to get sound going. I also asked his advice about a plasma we inherited that wasn’t turning on. He figured out the issue with the plasma, and offered us proposals of two different systems explaining the difference of each. He is incredibly professional. When his team installed the amps and sound bar, they were all very polite and professional as well. We ran into an issue with that same plasma not having the necessary input for the sound bar, and Robert offered to get us a comparable new tv for a very reasonable price. We decided to stick with the plasma and did a work around with the sound bar for now. We love our Sonos system, and we’re super impressed by how Robert handled the issue. We want to add an amp for outdoor pool sound, and will be sure to call Robert when we are ready to add that.
