Called Electronics Professionals to come in and perform a retrofit for a previously installed system (by another company) that was not working properly. From the person who answered the phone to all of the technicians who performed work on our system, I cannot say enough great things about them! Austin came out, did an inspection, sent a quote over and voila!! Went from having to use 3 remotes for a single tv to one wonderful, user-friendly remote that was a godsend to us ole folks - lol. Everyone was meticulous, conscientious, and took great pride in their work! They truly went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and needed in the simplest way. They made absolute sure that no detail was left undone. If you are looking for an audio video company, I cannot recommend Electronics Professionals enough! They truly are superb!
They offer the latest in home audio, video, networking, and security. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I live over 80 miles and I called the 2 local companies to handle my home and neither called me back. I called them twice. All it took was one phone call to EP and they sent someone out the next day. It took over a year and a half for my remodel from the time they prewired it to install and while working with them it began to make sense to break the job up in phases and they were quick to work with me on breaking it up and timing of payments. I highly recommend.
