I had an outstanding experience with SSAVI. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Matt and Tony were incredibly professional—clean, efficient, and respectful of my home (they even wore booties, which I really appreciated!). The TV and soundbar installation was done with great care and attention to detail. Everything looks and sounds amazing. What really stood out was the integrity of the owner, Kirk. He guarantees his work for a year and, more impressively, followed up after the job—something you rarely see these days. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team. I watched three sporting events the night after the install, and the setup performed flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier. Recommend! We got three quotes. Kirk was the fastest to respond and spent the right amount of time with us understanding our needs and explaining options and ideas. He took the time to look at our existing sound system and didn't try to up-sell us - said we could keep our existing ceiling speakers. When we decided on a plan, Kirk explained why he selected each component. Great answers, very patient and did great work. The team was neat, thoughtful and professional - very little mess from removing drywall to move the location of existing speakers and to install a subwoofer. We also needed electrical work and his recommendation was competitively priced and also did great work.
I recently had a flat screen television mounted in my living room. The job was somewhat complex (in my opinion) because it involved moving the location of an existing outlet. They also installed a surge protector and a shelf on the side of my mantle for the cable box. The work was done beautifully and very professionally. Kirk and his guys did a great job. Kirk was also a consummate professional and he delivered his services as promised, on time and on budget. If you are looking to for Audio Video services, SSAVI is the place to go!!
