I've used Advanced Audio and Video for 10 years. They were invaluable in designing and installing a Control4 home automation system and extensive multi-room Sonos system. They were sensitive to my specific (and quite particular) needs and budget, and offered several options to choose among to meet the budget. Through the years they have been responsive with minor repairs or design modifications/equipment upgrades. I am a hands-on guy and there is no way I could do what they do in a way that is as professional as their work, or as cost-effective a use of my time. I will continue to use them for all ongoing upgrades. They have my strongest possible endorsement!

This was one of the best experiences I have had when working with contracted Professionals. Terry and Jeremy were incredible to work with. I had left countless messages for various contractors for my home Audio needs, even went to Reddit to ask for help- no one would call me back…Except Terry. He called back, we had a great chat and he was able to swing by quickly to scope the job with Jeremy. They were personable, but most importantly, knowledgeable! They walked me through my options without trying to upsell me at every turn. Terry was extremely understanding of budget constraints yet had credibility to tell me what would be the best fit for the situation. When it came time for installation this is where the duo really shined. Clean, quick and professional they did a phenomenal job. Special props to Jeremy who was super helpful during the installation. We had several wood working and framing situations that we needed to ad-hoc and Jeremy didn’t bat an eyelash to help and go above and beyond what was expected of him. He even did some trim for me and brought a personal tool of his to help me out. Can’t recommend this team enough. Looking forward a long relationship with Advanced Audio and Video! Thanks Guys!!

It is often times difficult to locate quality, responsive service providers on the Cape, which is why the team at Advanced Audio & Video is such a find. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond, they do what they say they are going to do and they stand behind their work. Today's high-end A/V systems are much too complex to be serviced by the likes of anyone in our family, so it's reassuring to know that competent help is a quick phone call away. Our entire family could not recommend Terry, Jeremy, and the rest of the Advanced Audi team more highly.
