I needed to purchase TVs and have them mounted. I started my experience with a consultation. The president of the company actually arrived at my house with a notepad and paper. I walked him through my ideas and what I was interested in having done. He took notes and talked me through different tiers of products, which come with different price points. I decided what I needed to purchase and what services I needed done. I was provided with an itemized work order the following day. Those notes taken during the consultation reflecting exactly what we had discussed. A deposit was put down and an installation date was agreed upon that worked with my schedule. Install day arrived. I was given a hour time window when the crew would arrive. They showed up exactly at the beginning of the window. They double checked with me on the work order to make sure things were correct and asked me to walk through the project with them to make sure we both understood. They began to work. They put drop cloths down to protect the floors. Used a shop vac to get up any of the dust. They may have left my place cleaner than it was when they left. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They hooked up everything they installed to my WiFi. My experience with this company was excellent. It’s very easy to see why they have been in business for over 50 years. I would recommend them to any friends or family. Whether you have TVs already that you needed mounted. Or if you’re like me and need to purchase TVs and and sound bars AND have them wall mounted. Give them a call and see what they can do. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Mulholland Audio Video has completed multiple jobs at my house - including upgrades from previously installed systems. They have been professional in every aspect from the start to the finish. When other companies left me in a mess, Mulholland came in, explained how they could improve my whole house audio, and integrate a smart home system and then were able to upgrade my systems to actual working equipment. They took the time to explain and demo each piece of equipment to me and my family, and have always delivered top notch service. The owner himself, Jeff, is a part of seeing all of the jobs through, and did the initial consultation with me. He ensures that the job is completed as outlined, in a timely fashion, and to my liking. His employees are professional, knowledgeable and give you the family service that you don’t get from the big box stores. They were able to make customizations to what we wanted, and have truly made our home the entertainment place to be. Our outside patio comes to life at night with amazing outside speakers, an entertainment system, lighting, and home theatre feel. Our security cameras and smart home system give us a piece of mind, with an easy to operate system right from my smartphone. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had an install date from another Audio Video company for my new house. Multiple zones, speakers inside and out and several TVs. This other company kept playing games with me. A very long story (I wont get into) but I fired that company and called Mulholland Audio Video in a panic because I had all this equipment and no one to install. From the beginning they were fantastic. They came into my project a little behind the 8 ball because the previous company that I fired started the project (pre wiring, ect). Mullholland could've easily passed on my job not wanting to take over where another company left off (which would've been totally understandable). But they didn't turn their back on me, they understood my situation was a little unique and worked with me to understand what I wanted and when I needed it done. From the owner Jeff to all of his installers and programmers everyone was outstanding. Knowledgeable, polite, on time and professional I literally cant say enough about them. I started with speakers and TVs but they also did an amazing home automation system for me (light switches, alarm and locks) that is totally integrated and easy to use. They also do camera systems.
