October 5th, AVS came to do some work, to clear up some stuff etc. That night, things started going haywire, and the morning of Oct 6th (a Friday leading into a WEEKEND), NOTHING was working right. One text to Daniel, and Seth dropped any and everything to come to our home & figure out the mishaps. Everything has been working smoothly ever since! I said all of this to say, I really do appreciate how AVS handles business. I have been in Sales & Service for literally 35 years of my life, with an emphasis on Service! It's rare that businesses understand the service after the sale. AVS guys embody that, and that's why a year later, with several pennies invested, we have no regrets. Most people, especially around here, want to charge a premium price but don't want to provide premium service. AVS stands on that principle. Thanks for your promptness, your professionalism, but most of all, your can-do attitude and expertise in resolving any and all issues that have arisen! Keep doing what you do, and I'll keep singing your praises to any and everyone that'll listen!
I've dealt with several home automation specialist with less than impressive results. Dan, Seth, and the entire team at AVS have been the exception. They are wonderful to work with. They put a lot of thought into the projects they do, are fair with their pricing/hours billed, and most importantly,I feel comfortable having them in my home doing the work. They are always professional and always clean up after themselves. Thanks to AVS, I have a fully automated home that is incredible!
Kevin put together a terrific home theatre and set up TVS and soundbars in several rooms in my house and patio. Professional and courteous, I highly recommend AVS!
