Eyehear converted my outdated whole-house sound system to an incredible Sonos System, complete with raising electrical outlets, mounting a large TV in our Game Room and replacing speakers throughout our 10,000 square foot home in Columbia Falls. They even replaced the outdated speakers in our indoor pool and outside deck areas. Everything is seamless and automated. They also upgraded our WiFi system to a commercial grade installation so we have very fast WiFi with no dead zones. Everyone was upfront, professional and so easy to work with! I would highly recommend Eyehear and will definitely use them on my next project!
These guys are outstanding. Hired them as a part of a build in Whitefish Hills. Expressed budget constraint early and they were able to work with me to make tradeoffs. Also brought up a bunch of my own existing gear and they worked with that, too. Our project was multi faceted, sensors, alarms, lutron, network, Sonos, TVs, theater. Installation was clean, skillful, and efficient. Team member were cool and respectful. Everyone really knows their stuff. I mean, everyone. Where they've shone, though, is in the warranty aftermath. We use the system, we find this or that, and we work together to resolve. So far, if they can reasonably say " the system isn't behaving as designed," they fix it with no charge or complaint. This led me, when my old projector died, to go thru Eyehear to advise, purchase, and install the replacement. They made a clear recommendation which contemplated my budget, made sure to secure a discount, and installed it fully integrated into my system. Today we just had a major troubleshooting win on dark arts of Sonos issue. Resolution was difficult but Eyehear pulled it off. Very happy with this particular sub.
I have been working with the Eyehear Group for about 15 years. I have purchased high end AV systems for 2 houses, multiple TVs, a lighting control system, plus a home security system from them. I have always found them to be very professional and knowledgeable and able to meet specific needs on some complex projects. I always rely on Beau Johnston as my go to guy for information and creating unique solutions but everybody I have worked with has been very capable and professional. I highly recommend Eyehear to anyone needing home electronic services.
