I've had a great experience working with Soundworks. They installed A/V equipment, built-in speakers, security cameras, and a Wi-Fi network during a major home renovation. Throughout the process, Lou, Corey, and their team were very responsive and knowledgeable. The final work product is excellent and came in below the initial estimate. The follow-up customer service has been excellent. I'm very happy with my experience and have recommended Soundworks to my friends.
We have completed several projects in our home with Soundworks, and they have been incredible to work with throughout the process. They are highly professional, product and technical experts, and incredibly reliable. They have helped with everything including a home wi-fi system, automatic shades, security systems, and of course TV and sound system equipment procurement and installation. We would recommend them for any project that is within their areas of expertise.
From start to finish (and continuing into the future, I'm sure), working with Soundworks has been a pleasure. The staff are excellent, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. The products were well installed and the staff were able to answer alllllll of my questions. They are also so easy to get in touch with when necessary; good customer service is rare these days. Overall, an excellent experience and they'll certainly be seeing more of us.
