When we decided to upgrade our media room the first step in the process was to do a Google search of the OKC area for companies who did the type of work we wanted. The first company we reached out to has never responded. Can you believe that? Neither can we. However, contacting Vox via their website, within 24 hours the owner had replied, provided information and was interested in setting up the initial consult. Think about that. Within 24 hours from an internet inquiry I had a reply, a direction and an initial idea for our project. The project’s tone and tenor were set. When Josh came for the initial consult, he was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and variations to the original idea that increased the project’s overall value but not the cost. One reason we used Vox was that they did not try to sell anything that was not needed. Instead they blended my current media equipment with the desired upgrade, thus giving us a better outcome for our investment. We may have been the smallest job they did all year, yet they treated us as if we were their only project. One more thing to note about the installation. Both Matt and Josh were surprised we let them determine the media room equipment configuration (ceiling speakers, floor speakers, television, components, etc) as apparently most customers don’t. Our opinion is that when you hire a company to provide a service, your job is to ask them good questions and their job is to provide cogent answers and solutions. Which Vox did, hence our trust in the outcome. While we are certainly not their largest customer, we are probably the happiest. Just the other night during a movie, a helicopter “flew” through the room and we high-fived and said, “Thank you Matt and Josh for that.” And, “oh by the way”, my wife is beyond excited that the entire system can be controlled by a single Savant Control remote at the click of a button.

Unmatched customer service and technical expertise. I ordered an integrated amplifier from Premier Visions because they’re an authorized Parasound dealer. I hooked everything up myself (I know just enough to be dangerous) and was dissatisfied with the sound quality. The owner, Jeff, personally came out to my house to help me troubleshoot the setup. He was full of tricks and tips and had the knowledge / experience to get it sounding right. This sale is a drop in the bucket compared to the jobs they usually do so if he’s willing to do that for me then it’s clear that all clients are in great hands with Premier Visions. 10/10 would recommend
