this place is an audio enthusiast's dream. all sorts of well-reputed brands and highly knowledgeable and helpful technicians with nothing but time and passion for their line of work. they are endlessly friendly (myself and a friend were allowed to demo a focal utopia on one of our own amplifiers; it took around an hour and ten minutes and despite us making it clear we weren't looking to purchase, the employee on the floor allowed us to enjoy the headphone for a little while) and the selection of products is great with no bunk or snake oil. there's also fantastic offerings of smart home tech and home theater accoutrements. i fully plan on using this store and the brands they stock to furnish my future listening room, if only because their commitment to a quality customer experience deserves ultimate commendation. it's genuine, a cheesy grin isn't worn, and you're treated like a person and spoken to rather than served. if you're looking to spend a few thousand or more on some audio equipment, skip best buy and magnolia -- come straight here instead.
