The team at Hoyt Stereo sourced and installed our new home theater surround sound with Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. They were very flexible in using some of our existing in-ceiling speakers and incorporating them into our set up. The installation team was very efficient, neat, very knowledgeable got us up to code with the proper electrical outlets and wiring, and did little extras to get us completely set up before they left. The team matched any manufacturer's pricing and discounts for products we bought. Great communication throughout the entire process, pre-sale, post-sale and followup. This is a very customer oriented business whose employees have vast knowledge in the their field, what I imagine to be a haven for the audiophile! From the owner on down everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and very patiently answered my "ignorant" questions (I am not an audiophile). They repaired a pair of older Paradigm speakers for me in a timely manner at a very fair price. Beyond all of the amazing stereo equipment, the setting is also a bit like an art gallery with a number of extremely beautiful pieces of art by Dali and others, which gives it a great vibe. I plan to use them to help me set up an old school system I just inherited.
