Customer Reviews
These guys "reinforced" a show in pineville and it was really really rough. They didn't mix the opener which isn't terribly uncommon, but the mix was noticeably off. Lead singer singing and you couldn't hear a single word for any of their songs, drums overpowering, etc. Ok whatever, its just the opener. Headliner comes on and you can barely hear the words he says. It was unintelligible at best, even when it was just between songs. About halfway thru the show the reinforcement finally noticed the problem when the headliner said "can y'all even hear me?" and the audience said no. To their credit, they did try different things and I don't know the problem but they never fixed it. (Best guess they had some trash eq set on the line and couldn't find it) I've seen this show elsewhere and it slaps. These sanctuary sound guys reduced it to a trashy bar band. So sad. Icing on the cake, while striking their equipment the lead sound "designer" smacks the drumset with a mic stand. So sad. Please train your guys in show etiquette. You have to figure it out, no excuses. Heck, switch mics with someone else - the lead needs to be heard. Theres so much inprovement you can make with only a little effort. Please invest the time into your crew to actually serve the paying patrons, venue, and headliner. Looking forward to a better job next time. I'm not their competition, just a retired LD who knows enuf to know professionals from amateurs :/
