FireWire took care of all our Audio/Video/internet needs for our newly constructed home. We have been pleased with the service they have provided and highly recommend them for all AV needs. Update - 9/24/24. I called FireWire a few weeks ago to come out and fix some issues since they installed our AV system. I was told that someone would reach back out to me to schedule a date and time. No one reached back out to me. Had to schedule with another company. Lance, owner called me personally to apologize for miscommunication. They are making things right. Proves they care about the work and customers.
To say that I am happy with the outstanding customer service I experienced with Lance at Fire Wire is a vast understatement. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon to discuss mounting a TV over my fireplace. Within one hour, he returned my call and we set up a consultation. During his consultation, he took great care to answer all my questions very thoroughly and promptly sent a proposal, which I happily accepted. He completed the project quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail was quite impressive. So much so that I would highly recommend this company to provide any of their services. I recently built a new home and FireWire installed my StarLink internet, tvs, central vacuum and sound system throughout the house. I couldn't be more pleased. Lance and his team are professional, patient and did an excellent job installing my equipment. Their service is really outstanding and they are very knowledgeable about their products.
