I truly enjoyed the experience of working with Brandon and the team at Cloud MIS - we couldn't be happier with our sound/audio set up! We had a large space that we wanted filled with sound, and a great TV. Brandon met with us and helped us to adjust the layout of the room to allow for a bigger screen, gave us great advice on audio, and handled all of our questions quickly. He was available to help troubleshoot when a delivery of the cabinet went wrong, and was always pulling in the right people. Everyone on the team was responsive, kept us informed, and handled all the logistics. We're blown away by the quality of service, the equipment is perfect, and we're absolutely thrilled with our new set up !
After a thorough search and many conversations with different home theater installation companies across New England, I happily decided on Cloud MIS and couldn't be more satisfied! Brian and his team were incredibly accessible and involved in every detail - and I mean EVERY minute detail - in transforming a once unfinished space into a true cinema going theatrical experience, perfect for any use, whether that's movies/TV, concerts, or video games. Friends and family have been blown away! Brian and his group shared their unparalleled expertise on anything and everything from design/layout to the extensive technology to every customization question you can imagine, and they were always patient and never led me beyond my budget. I'd happily recommend Cloud MIS to anyone considering upgrading or even modifying your home setup. In fact, I have! There's nowhere else I'd look going forward!
At a time when most companies don't really have a clue about customer service, let alone care, Cloud MIS has set the bar at the highest possible point. I have found them to be immediately responsive; expertly knowledgeable and totally invested in the cutomer's complete satisfaction. They're only a click away and always strive to respond or to resolve problems as quickly as possible. They are my technology support team which includes internet, security, hardware & software support, and we had them install our home theater. They did a wonderful job and did it in their trademark friendly, respectful and most efficient way. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied. They are GREAT!
