I worked with Rodney 2 times, and both experiences were nothing but a breath of fresh air. First time he came to instal our new tv and mount it on the wall. Our wall mount was too old, and the screws did not match with the new tv. He was generous enough to give one for free. Second time he came to our new apartment to install our sound system. And again, we did not want to leave the speaker on the floor and we did not order a mount stand, and he provided one at a discount! He is very professional, punctual and respectful. We are extra cautious with Covid because I have asthma and he followed all the protocols. I highly recommend working with him, and use his company services.
Rodney installed a new modem/router set up to improve the internet connectivity in my house. In our initial discussion about what he would set up, he demonstrated that he is extremely knowledgeable, but at the same time, he spoke in a way that wasn't too technical and helped me understand what he was talking about. On the day of installation, we ran into a few snags and he spent extra time collaborating with Optimum and staying to be sure everything was set up perfectly. He is professional, thorough, and I highly recommend him.
Rodney is awesome! He did a phenomenal job getting our three TVs mounted. He also did a great job helping us get our home internet network set up with wiring. He’s highly responsive and was quick to respond to any questions we had and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him, definitely give him a call. We’ll certainly be using him again in the future
