My experience with this company has been nothing less than outstanding. Their attention to detail was excellent. Any questions I have had during planning of my audiovisual system, during installation and post-installation have been delt with quickly and efficiently. They can work within your budget whether that be small, medium or large. I know you will be pleased with your outcome should you use them. I will use them again should the occasion arise.

Highly recommend Lucky Dog Hi-FI for any AV needs. They were professional, fair priced and did an exceptional job installing my Frame TV. I was looking for a company that could do a clean TV install with hidden wiring running through a thick and hard to work with plaster wall casing. Couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I moved here from out-of-state and needed to have my 70" flat screen TV installed. I left behind a built-in sound system, so needed some options for sound in my new home. Working with Eric was a pleasure. On his first visit, he installed the TV (and helped with the satellite hookup - see below) and we discussed sound options. TV installation included mounting it on the wall, hiding the wires behind the plaster, and connecting the TV to the electronics - we used two floor speakers, a sub-woofer and a receiver that I brought with me. (The floor speakers were not previously part of my TV system). Eric came back a week later and installed the mid-range speaker I ordered through him. The system works beautifully. In the process, I came to appreciate that Eric knows equipment and its capabilities - he balanced the sound masterfully; and he is very detail oriented. Equipment is precisely laid out and aligned. Great customer focus and service. His knowledge of the various mid-range speakers available was impressive - wall mounted, ceiling mounted, or table top. With respect to satellite hookup, Eric introduced us to Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe, run by Bill and Pam Brightwell. They are responsive, prompt, and very knowledgeable. They were able to drop by while Eric was doing the installation, so in the course of one morning, we went from discussing satellite options to having a working system. (Previous home owner left current model satellite we could connect to; Bill/Pam had DirectTV cable box on their truck). Their quality of service and knowledge is commensurate and a great complement to Eric of EZ TV Install. I would recommend Eric and EZ TV Install without reservation - he is a consummate professional. I would also recommend the Brightwells and Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe. The in-home customer service is unbeatable.

Laughable. The second quote I received, after being quoted $1,600+ from this company, was $120.00, and they installed the TV. Whose trying to take advantage of who in this charade? And obviously I'm not the only negative feedback they've received.

Great customer service, all personal services and tech support! Completes the work from the beginning of the project until the end. Has leading edge, quality technology and services and the time based experience to accomplish all your home or business jobs👍 and it's family owned and operated...👌I wouldn't trust anyone else in the state to get the job done and get it done right!

Absolutely THE POOREST Customer Service EVER! Constant problems w our security camera installation and our audio system. No follow up on repeated requests for solutions. They talk a great sales pitch and then don’t take care of issues. My first review of a business ever but needed to share. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! Lisa Barker Santa Fe

Worst customer service ever. Don't return repeated phone calls and can't solve problems. If I could give negative stars, I would. They are happy to take money for big installs, but will never follow through.
