Carolina Smart Solutions was fantastic to work with right from the start. I purchased a Samsung Frame TV from them and they even matched the lowest advertised price. When it came time for the install, the CSS team was very friendly and professional. They protected my floor and furniture from any dust and debris that fell during the install process. After the TV was mounted the CSS team proceeded to help me with the TV setup. This was way more install service than I expected and I was very grateful not to have to spend time with the users manual before I could start enjoying my new TV. I would absolutely recommend Carolina Smart Solutions to family and friends. When the time comes to upgrade my TV, I will definitely work with CSS again.

Update 9/26: Had a power supply die on the TV mounted 4 months later, when the TV was taken down, it was suggested that the mounting bolt on the top right was not in the center of the stud and had sheered off, hitting a ground wire and zapping the TV. I've tried to contact them on multiple occasions to just help me get the new TV on the wall (been more than happy to pay), and made no complaints about the bolt being improperly installed and yet I've called for three weeks, left multiple messages without response, and the only thing I get told when I have gotten them on the phone is that they're always completely booked out. Unfortunately I took a star away for not being willing to work with me in any way or at least just help me get the new TV on the wall after I've had to buy a new TV, get the wall fixed and get the wall mount installed properly again. Original review: Mike and Tyler did an incredible job mounting my LG C1 77" OLED TV. It was a tight space, they showed up on time, and did an incredible job making it perfect for someone who's difficult to impress. These are exactly the type of people you can trust to mount your TV as well as other solutions. Thanks to Teresa as well for being incredibly nice and helpful on the phone. Truly a great experience all around, can't recommend Carolina Smart Solutions enough. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Just had Carolina Smart Solutions install a 65" TV over the fireplace on cultured stone. Lots of companies refused to tackle the job. Michael & Kyle were A+ during the entire installation. They had the right hardware, tools and know how to safely secure the TV to the wall. They were able to snake behind the wall, a camera to locate the wood studs to mount the wall TV bracket. Couldn't be happier with the service. They are busy, and I waited for 2 weeks and it was surely worth the wait. The end result in the accompanying picture. I highly recommend this company for all your TV mounting needs, and smart home devices.

We had a new surround sound system installed by AcoustiCreations for our new home. Stephen and Chad are top notch professionals. They are very good listeners who know how to give advice without trying to force anything. Our new system included installation of an Eero mesh system, centralized control using Control4, and the integration of a nice variety of video and listening options. Appointments were on time, work was done neatly and with great care to the surroundings. And most important everything works great. A couple weeks after installation I sent an email with some user oriented questions and received an immediate response and a followup visit. This is the 4th home in which, over the years, I have had this type of work done. This was the best of the bunch. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I can't speak more highly of the AccoustiCreations team. They setup up a multi-zone whole-home sound system with a full surround sound media room and multiple zones inside and outside. They also installed mounts and hung multiple TVs and connected sound, automatic blinds, and more into a single control unit. The team was professional and personable and spent as much time as necessary over several days getting everything working perfectly. I would recommend them for any networking, sound, or control install.

My wife and I built a new house in Wilmington which was challenging due to some questionable contractors, a high point however was our audio/visual contractor. From an early stage, we consulted with Keith on some challenging equipment that we wanted such as fully enclosed Lutron shades as well as automation of lights and audio. The consultation was followed with a first class installation and ongoing service especially from Keith, Brian & Shane. They continue to provide first class service, even assisting me over a weekend when we had an internet/WiFi issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Sound Decisions to my friends and relatives!

We started using Sound Decisions in 2005 when we built our first house. They installed TV’s, speakers in the ceiling, internet extenders and connections for my office computer and printers. We were so happy with their work that we used them again when we built our new house. They installed 7 TVs, speakers in the ceiling, wiring for my office, and the electric blinds for our glassed in lanai. The remote controlled blinds can also be controlled by our TV remote and our phones. We highly recommend this company for all your electronic media, WiFi and blind needs.

Using Sound Decisions ... was a sound decision! (Sorry, could resist) The team is friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient. I always say, the true measure of a company is not how they act when everything goes right... rather how they rise to the occasion when something goes wrong. In our case, we had a tricky set of Technologies and something went wrong with our installation. The team was patient, professional and resolved the problem methodically. I'm 100% sure that I could not have gotten better service elsewhere. Highly recommended!

We hired Electronics2you to take care of our A/V and lighting needs in our conference room and creative studios. Our conf. room has incredible sound and visuals thanks to some amazing in-wall speakers, projector, and lighting. Everything is controlled through one remote which is great. They also installed several monitors, touchscreens and office audio. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend them to other businesses requiring professional A/V install.
