I'll start by saying I'm one picky SOB. Chances are, if the majority of people think something is perfect, I can typically find fault in it somehow which leads me to often be disappointed. Enter Zack and his crew. There's literally nothing I can complain about. These dudes are top shelf from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough. They're professional, timely, and seemingly always on the job when I've had questions regarding a pretty extensive home automation which included: home theater w/ projector, multiple TVs, wireless networking, gaming, turntable, and lighting. The work is impeccable, the guys on the crew pride themselves on working cleanly and making things right. They're knowledgeable and no BS upselling. I had a bunch of equipment that I brought with me from my old home, Zack was happy to use as much of that equipment as possible in order to reduce costs. Never once did he try to upsell anything; in fact there were times when he said "that's a nice to have, but you don't need it" If I could give 6 stars I would, and I recommend Zack and his team whole heartedly.
Zach and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They listened to our desires during the consultation, met our budgetary requirements, and fit us with a whole home automation, video and audio entertainment system. Installation, tuning and customization were fantastic and extremely professional. We are exceptionally pleased with the products, craftsmanship and functionality. Zach and team continually reach out to ensure proper functionality and satisfaction and are easy to reach to answer even the dumbest of questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Zach and his team have resolved so man of our home entertainment needs. They created a whole house sound system, installed our gameroom TV and helped meet our TV needs in other parts of our house. Zach also installed a patio TV in a protected cabinet he sourced from a colleague who specializes in cabinetry. He is always available to take my calls whenever help is needed. Everything has worked so well, but the best part is Zach is a total professional as well as thoughtful and polite. Many thanks to Zach and his team. We look forward to working with HEHE in the future.
