I don't usually write reviews but Lunchbox Audio's customer service deserves a public 5-stars. Super knowledgable about products and when, in the end, I needed to confirm with my professor which version of iLok I needed and had to purchase it in a brick and motor store, Lunchbox was incredibly understanding and refunded me right away (after spending 15 minutes or so on the phone talking over options with me). These guys are not out to just get your money. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and have my business next time for sure!
Exceptional support before and after the sale. Owner contacted me on a small purchase and provided critical information. Pleasant, professional and well spoken. Their service is why you should support small businesses over big box stores and online mega-retailers. You might pay a little more, but what they provide is support is priceless.
Rich was super helpful and went way above and beyond! He is very knowledgeable regarding recording gear, and did a number of things a larger retailer wouldn't dream of in the way of customer service. Highly recommended!!
