Let me start by saying that I am not local to the area, so I had no word of mouth options of who to choose when planning my late Fathers celebration of life ceremony at Green Lakes State Park. My Dad was big into music, and sound quality mattered greatly to him. Francis audio quelled any anxiety that I had leading up to the event by providing excellent communication. Bill always returned my phone calls in an expeditious manner when he was not immediately available. He contacted me shortly before the event to verify setup and end times, and was very affable. The day of the event, Zach arrived on time to set up the projector and sound system, getting it connected to my laptop for the music and slide show. Cables were taped down, and a subtle, pleasant-looking fabric was placed in front of the projector setup to hide any additional wires and equipment. The sound was phenomenal, and the picture quality and screen size were perfect. He showed me how to use the equipment and was very open to any questions I had. This event was a huge deal to my family and me. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and reliability. You guys helped us honor and celebrate a truly amazing man.
The Francis Audio-Visual Team did truly an excellent job replacing all of our audio/visual equipment in our largest conference room. Their project planning team staying right on target regarding how long it would take to complete the project replacements and how long the conference room would be down for was spot on. I have NEVER worked with a vendor before that has stayed that accurate to their projected timeline. We highly recommend Francis A/V to anyone or any organization looking to upgrade/purchase/replace their A/V system equipment, they did an amazing job. And today that installed system runs better than the original system did, and it is much easier for our staff to operate. Thank you Francis A/V!!
