Car Audio Installation in Anchorage, AK

Kevin and David are are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The shop appears to stay busy, but they were the only place in town that could get me in any time in the next three weeks. As a small shop, they can be a little bit challenging to get ahold of, but their service and attitude more than make up for it. I had a fairly simple stereo install that developed a few hiccups, but they were flexible and enthusiastic. They were extremely generous with their time and stayed well past closing one day to help resolve an issue. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them for for any future AV or electronic work. Great service, technical skill, and quick turnaround.

I had a scheduled installation at 11am, was there for an hr getting the paperwork because the system wasn't in sync with the info that the intake person got over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. After the paperwork was filled out The front desk person said the install takes about 20-30mins. Went for a walk down the road and had lunch. Came back and the car wasn't ready. We are now 2 hrs later and the car hasn't made its way back to the garage. Will update after the car has been worked on. There was a customer who came in an hr after me and he got his car done before mine. The guy said he was working on the easy ones first and the harder ones get worked on later. IMO it's BS.

This is the spot! I called and they got me in the same day. I bought subs from them, super fair pricing, and got them installed. Installation was honestly flawless, I Can’t see any wires whatsoever. I’m so happy I came here, I saved so much money for better installation and products than probably any other place in anchorage. Go here!

This place is awesome. They did a really great job on an install of some heated seats just in time for the weather getting colder. A pretty small job but they did it quickly and it came out working perfect and looking better than OEM. Plus while I was picking my truck up I got a quick look at some of the other projects they had in the shop—they do incredible work on everything and seems like your imagination is the only limit to what they could do! So many cool lifts, lowers, custom lighting and sound projects, etc. I’m already dreaming up what I can have them do for me next.

I bought a Groupon to install an autostart in my car years ago from Kreative, about 6 or 7 years ago, maybe. Great staff experience upfront. They recommended a good autostart model, Viper. Over the years only had one time it needed a reset. Just took it in again today for a reset and John helped to reset it and gave a good explanation of why it does that. Took about 10mins total including wait time, only about a minute to reset. I like recommending solid service and reliable products. Thank you, Kreative.

I dropped off my car in the morning to get an autostart done, and they had it done by the end of the day. They even installed some headlights that I ordered a little while prior while I was at it. Cool dudes. Good place.
