Took my Yukon to them to replace the radio. Was told they installed a 100% compatible radio. When I picked it up the first time the usb port and steering wheel controls didn’t work. Took it back and was told I’d have to pay more for the module for the steering wheel. When I left i noticed only one speaker worked. I have been there three times and each time I leave I notice something isn’t working. Next time I will be making the drive to Best Buy.
