Guru has been my go to vendor for alarms and aftermarket audio on my two work trucks for 10+ years. (So this review is definitely overdue). I found their pricing to be extremely reasonable, but I feel that the most important component is the installation service. They’ve installed (2) Viper alarms for me and I found their Installations to be very clean and professional. My last visit to them involved a magnetic sensor that was misaligned. I stopped in with no appointment, they diagnose the situation and remedy things while I waited. I really appreciated that, compared to having to argue about when the system was bought and whether it was under warranty or not. They addressed took care of my problem and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them!
Went there to get a radio for an old Toyota. They gave me some wire connectors and a wiring harness for free. Price I paid would have been pretty close to internet prices, but I got it right there. The older gentleman at the register was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went home with everything I needed and installation was easy. Installed everything in less than 30 minutes. Will go back to them again when I upgrade my car audio in my other car.
