Audio Jam exceeding my expectations. I was updating a radio in a car purchased for my daughter. I brought a radio, backup camera, remote start and led light bulbs.The owner Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took time to explain every detail about my options and features of the items purchased. Mike told me if I have any questions or issues to contact him and he will take care of it. He did just that after purchase I realized an external microphone would be a better option. I called Mike and he said bring the car in and he took care of it for me. Mike is a honest business man and runs a great shop. I will bring my vehicles to him in the futures and refer him to anyone who needs any audio or upgrades. My daughter loves her radio and features. Would definitely recommend audio jam. Very professional and courteous. I had a sound system installed and Tom made sure everything sounded great and everything was to my satisfaction before leaving the store. Will definitely do business with audio jam again. Update 8/29/25. Mike and his team fixed my blown fuse in my truck. Very nice place. Professional honest and helpful. Will continue to do business with them.
