Very professional and helpful on the phone. Gave me accurate honest quotes and worked with scheduling really well. When I dropped my vehicle off, I got a call 20 minutes later with all the details and multiple quotes and options, and whoever I talked to actually ended up working with me on getting a good deal with labor, brackets and new speakers for my car. Very happy and would recommend.
Wanted to get a remote start installed. Price is reasonable. Asked to schedule an appointment. Guy said I had to come in and prepay before he would schedule an appointment. I asked if I could pay over the phone, because 1) I don't have to drive across town just to pay and schedule an appointment and 2) during a pandemic we should be limiting our contact. He said no, they don't accept payments over the phone. Well, you just lost my business. D & B Sales, you might want to adapt to the times and, by the way, be a little friendlier.
Don’t recommend taking your Cadillac there my car sound system doesn’t work correctly now after my radio install and they refused too pull my car back in there shop unless I paid 95 an hour too at least look at it too see if there was something wrong with the wiring. Never had any issues with them before but definitely will not be going back too them after this.
