Highly recommended. I experienced an issue after installation of product and my concerns were 100% addressed resulting in a satisfactory conclusion. Not being from the area always makes you wonder about credibility and customer service, but the level of support from Pro Tech Audio was second to none. Without going into a lot of detail, I'll just state they owned the problem I experienced and demonstrated their commitment to customer service. If there were 6 stars available, they would get it. I will shop with them for any future products I may want.

I bought a truck from a dealership and had red seats installed by Protech. Every single time they were suppose to call me back with information they never did. I have everything documented from A-Z. So finally they got my seats fixed properly. About a year or so later I had a warranty question and it’s been about 9 months & I’m still waiting on them to return my call. I didn’t call back because every time in past they said they were just about to call me. If I didn’t follow up, I would have been forgotten about & this last run in proves it. Bad customer service. I would never go here again!

Bought a lot from here (tint, bed cover, mud flaps, floor mats, and sound system) but never left a review; had an issue with installation I never noticed and after 9 months they took it back and fixed no questions asked. Had to come leave a review for customer service. Thanks guys.

I had a Navigation /Audio system installed 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. This year I decided to install a dash cam. They called me as soon as one was available and installed it in about an hour. The wires were neatly hidden and I was impressed. I later had my windshield replaced and brought my vehicle back to Bailey,s to clean up the mess the glass shop had done to the wiring bundles. I appreciate their good work and know where I will be going for my next purchase.

Best I’ve used for window tinting. Excellent customer service over the phone. Knew the product and walked me through all the options. Excellent customer service in the store. Greeted me when I entered the store, showed me all of the products available, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Vehicle interior wasn’t soaking wet but clean and dry. It was cleaner after the installation than it was when i brought it in. Very professional and highly recommended!

I was charged $150 + tax for installation of an item then with my second vehicle I got the same thing done at another local shop and found out most places charge between 25 and 45 dollars , on top of that the item stopped working , soon after the item stopped working I took it to swamp pop audio ( who does all my audio work now ) and they found that the wiring and brackets that I was charged for was my own wires with a a connection harness taped on and the " brackets " that cost $25 were wooden and to top it all off they charged my sales tax 4 times , and I'm not the first , customers constantly have issues with the work they do
