Lakes Audio is a gem. Top of the line customer service, products, and installation. For those looking at a big-time audio upgrade, Lakes Audio is by far and away the best and most trusted in the Brainerd lakes area. They take their work very serious, and go above and beyond for their customers. They recently performed a very difficult stereo installation on my 2025 Ford Maverick, and they even worked after closing time to finish the job. The staff is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help every step of the way. I've had three installs with them over the past couple of years. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Dani. She really knows her stuff and her customer service is second to none. Easily 5 stars.
I had a remote starter installed in my Nissan, which turned out to be a complicated process due to Nissan’s 10-minute max runtime restriction. Other companies told me it couldn’t be done, but these folks made it happen! I was absolutely elated with the results. Their customer service is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to get the job done right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service!
great customer service. I was trying to do a simply after market stereo install on my own. I ran into a problem since my vehicle has a factory amplifier built in. when i called them to find out rates, they actually gave me a few suggestions to try first. I did what they said and it worked. It shows they care about the customer, if i ever need professional service done I'm going to them.
