Car Audio Installation in Medford, OR

I had Progressive Audio install four new door speakers and add Mesa sound dampening to my front doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was clean and professional, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. These guys were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Shoutout to Scott and Chip. The installation was done right, with attention to detail, and the sound quality improvement is solid. This is an awesome shop with a team you can trust for quality audio work. Went in to see what my options were for upgrading the stereo and speakers in my 2005 Honda Element. The salesperson was super helpful in explaining what my best options were, where I could be a little extravagant or where I could cut some corners for the best system on a budget. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, which was great. The scheduled installation was also great, on time, clean and neat looking work. I did some research on car audio shops in the area before heading to Progressive Audio and I'm really glad I did. It was an excellent experience and now I'm excited to drive another 175k miles in my old car with these new upgrades.

These guys are second to none. They have done the installs in my previous 4 vehicles over the last few decades and will be doing the 5th. There is no other shop in Medford to even consider going to. You really do get what you pay for. Their installs are professional, clean and well thought out, executed by installers and techs that know exactly what they are doing. They have always offered exceptional customer service, are upfront and honest. I recently came in with a piece I needed soldered back together ( not part of an install they even did ) back into a harness and they took care of it immediately. Top notch shop that has been around forever for a reason. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.

I had diamond audio, install a wiring harness for back up lights on my Can-Am side-by-side. I used to do radio installation myself for several years and they did a very professional job. In the area of the engine, they wrapped all the wiring in heat tape and kept it away from the engine. They are very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. I would recommend this business highly.

Walked into Diamond Audio regarding an automatic start. The young kids at the front desk was brisk and very rude. He said that since we didn't buy it through them so they wanted nothing to do it. I understand that they did not sell it to us, however no one in town did because we moved here from Alaska. There was no need for them to be rude and refuse service... When we went to the parking lot, one of the employees was in a customers truck with their door wide open touching our passenger door. I was standing on the curb waiting patiently while the driver started his car (keep in mind we had a record high of 107 degrees). The employee continued to have to door open and didn't bother to budge. My driver then rolled down the window and asked him to close the door a little so he could back out. He got defensive and said "you don't have to be a dick". In my personal opinion that if very unprofessional and rude. You should never talk to an individual in the manner. I couldn't believe the quality of care we didn't receive. I would never recommend or suggest going to Diamond Audio EVER!

Dan is the man! No hidden costs, very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. I had my subs and an amp installed and would absolutely get more work done here as well as recommend anyone wanting to get similar work done to check it out

Outstanding service and great prices ! Now, This wasn’t the first shop that I went to & (I don’t wanna Name names) but I price shopped and went to all the other car stereo places in Medford & in the greater area. These guys were by far the most reasonable, most knowledgeable and did the best installation hands-down! As someone who’s worked in the automotive industry industry for a few decades I’m very picky and I’m glad to of said I found like not only car stereo place but for any my tint needs etc definitely a rare find. I have massive respect and appreciation for their work....keep it up !

Bought my own car stereo with DVD player and back up camera... the shop installed it for a reasonable price. I had bought a harness kit but it only serviced 4 speakers. Art was very helpful: he ordered another kit that included hookups for our subwoofer and tweeters... and installed it for $35. That is more than reasonable. Small shop, nice people, great service.

If I could give them 100 stars I would!! I was very happy with the customer service, friendly atmosphere,and wonderful work that I got from Art . my stereo system is everything I wanted and more! It was also hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other places I looked into. Also my car was done really fast, I didn't have to leave it even overnight it was a few hours!! Thanks Art your the best.
