The staff is extremely helpful, whether you know nothing about a cars audio system or you’re an expert. They have a $65 labor charge which is actually really good compared to most places. They have a great selection even despite the shortage of micro chips, which is in most components these days. I came here looking for one thing and left feeling very educated and satisfied. The staff member that helped me offered various solutions to my problem and even took the time to fully price out all of my options before I even had the chance to ask.
This place was recommended to me when my cars speakers started to go out. Jose was incredibly kind and knowledge and gave me a great deal on parts an labor considering that I only had a college student budget to work with. The replacement was done in under an hour and everyone in the shop was pleasant while I waited. I highly recommend their services!
Our experience here was a great one, the guy that helped us get some answers was honest even to say that some of the subs they had upfront were "cheap" and only for beginners. He answered all the questions we had regarding cabin room, boxes for our trucks, best "bang" for our buck, and what size amp would be more than enough. My only regret is not getting his name, if you realize you aren't getting good customer service it isn't him.
