Excellent customer service at this location. The new manager is friendly and personable. Dennis is an excellent salesman....he's been in the business for years. Also, Jawon Vann, who installs and does sales, is very knowledgeable. This store is clean and does excellent work. They also guarantee their labor and use high quality product. I highly recommend them. I had a stereo system installed first. I then went back for a remote start security system, and most recently I added a back-up camera.
All employees were very friendly and attentive to their customers! I only had to get a wire fixed but got two new speakers after finding one was blown out; all was more than reasonable for parts and labor. It got done within a couple of hours. I had a problem when I installed my head unit. Clayton fixed it the next day, adding in tuning my radio and amp, making everything sound clear! Great shop to make your car set up even better! Thanks guys
One of the worst experiences ever in doing business with this store. My girlfriend purchased a harness for a radio she received and they assured her it was the right one. Needless to say her installer said it was the wrong harness. We went back to the store for a refund and they refused. These people obviously don't know what they are doing. Its as if they hired these people off the streets or out of prison. Don't be fooled by those positive reviews here. They are cookie cutter fake. The facility in Newport News had the most rude and downright nastiest front office staff imaginable. It's a miracle, this store is still in business with the horrible, uncultured, vulgar, impolite, discourteous customer service staff it employs. Do business with them at your own risk. My advice: STAY AWAY.
