My experience was one that was professional, precise and stress free. They know their business and take their time explaining the process to someone like me who knows hardly anything. They were very professional and friendly at the same time. They were recommended to me by my realtor. I can't imagine buying a such a large tv, a surround sound & system & all that I had done without the The Sound Bank. I'm very happy with their service and product. They have made follow up calls which I find very helpful.
Finally got living room TV hooked up. Keith also got bedroom one hooked up so picture was clear. But still on converter box. I couldn't afford to get guests room done or TV's put on walls because I had to pay $300. Although receipt is $270.69, I gave three one hundred dollar bills. Parts were $30.83. Im alone, 81 years old. I live on social security of $1,300 monthly. For seniors with little income believe me you can't afford them. Those that CAN afford it, don't go anywhere else! Keith was very professional but Lake Havasu I've found is really high priced to get anything done!
