I've purchased several pieces of equipment from Glenn Poor's, and the service has never been less than stellar. Besides having a great selection of gear, they also take as much time as needed to help the customer get their gear setup and/or aligned properly, but also to pass along tips and advice about gear and hi-fi in general. During every trip I've made to Poor's I've learned something new that has translated into making my set-up sing a little better. This extends from Geoff down through all his staff that I've worked with, including Kyle, Will, and Kavi. I can't recommend Glenn Poor's Audio Video highly enough!

I recently decided to upgrade my stereo, and I'm sure glad I decided to consult Kyle at Glen Poor's. With his experience and ear (he's a fabulous trombonist), Kyle helped steer me to a new (to me) pair of main speakers, new center speaker, and quality AV amp (from another store) with enough power to drive my new 4 ohm mains. The results are way better than I anticipated! Kyle's after-the-sale assistance, especially in setting up the amp, was impressive too. One hazard of upgrading your speakers and amp: older equipment like my trusty Ortophon blue catridge, may not be long for this world. I can't recommend Glen Poor's and Kyle enough. One of the very few high-end audio stores that do it old- school right, and do right by their customers!

such a lovely experience! Kyle and Jeff are both so helpful. I know very little about the technological side of how the music equipment i have works and they were not judgmental in any way. they are patient and are amazing at explain what you need for the equipment you already have. they aren’t pushy and you can really tell how much they love what they do. highly recommend for any audiophiles or anyone that just needs some help getting started.
