I like this place, and the guys there were really nice and helpful, but it's pretty much impossible to spend less than $1000 here. I was in the market for a $500-$1000 integrated amp or amp/preamp combo. I think they had one or two options from NAD, but that was it. I was hoping to compare more brands like Cambridge Audio, Marantz, Rega etc, but Overture doesn't carry those brands. If you have a 4-5 figure budget, they have some awesome stuff, but there's not much to choose from in the sub-1k range - unless you're shopping for headphones/headphone amps or multi room stuff.

I have bought two stereo systems from Overture-15 years apart. They are fantastic. Overture sells high-end quality equipment and provides incredible hands on customer service that continues through purchase, setup, and any post-purchase issues. A storm knocks out your media player-no problem, they are on it immediately. You screw up some of your settings-they patiently walk you through how to fix them. Can't say enough good things.

They attentively helped me diagnose and replace the cartridge in a 40-year old turntable. Set it up with the correct tracking weight and anti-skate free of charge while I waited. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with.

Although it was just before the holidays, Kale, from Paragon met with us to determine how we might update our sound/TV system. And, unbelievably, we were up and running before Christmas arrived. The system that Kale installed for us is amazing and extremely user-friendly for two old electronics-challenged people. Kale is efficient, friendly, punctual, and a great teacher! Our experience was so positive that now we plan to have Paragon install a huge TV in our game-room so we can continue to watch Ohio State beat Michigan each year.

The installation process and tuning of the sound in my stereo room was more thorough and substantive than I had imagined. When Matt's work was complete I was better informed of my stereo, the sound was at its best, and I had complete confidence that my system was performing at its peak. Thank you very much for coming through as advertised. Wilson lives up to its remarkable reputation and Paragon delivered with great product knowledge and service. I had high expectations and they were met.

I found out that Paragon had special deal for a discontinued Wadia a340 mono-block amps. I contacted Richard at Paragon directly and because Richard was out of town, Amanda helped me with my purchase. Amanda answered all my questions,accepted my offer, accommodate my request for split payment between my 2 credit cards, let me choose serial numbers of the mono-block amps from their remaining inventory, follow up with tracking number and always prompt and nice in responding to my emails. The amps arrived today and it is just as described, brand new, sealed in the box. I am very happy and satisfied with my buying experience from Amanda and Paragon. I am looking forward to purchase more High-End Equipment from them next year when I move to my new home. Thank You so much Amanda and Richard.
