Wow- had a great experience with AV experts as I built out my basement and had them design and install a modest, yet powerful AV system using paradigm speakers (5.2) and anthem slim amp that fit behind the TV. Gary came out for the consult and designed on the spot during pre-dry wall phase so that we could also future-proof it and easily migrate to 7.2 system in the future. Tim and JJ came for the install, were courteous and very helpful answering my “what if” questions. I’m sooo glad I ditched that other “big name” company in chesterfield valley who would have emptied my wallet with little to nothing more to show for it 😂
Gary and Jeff are both very technically competent and very easy to work with. They are able to explain very complicated system integration application options in a way a lay person can understand. Also on several occasions during our retro install Gary suggested lesser expensive options based on on his knowledge of equipment reliability and meeting our specific needs. Once you work with them you realize that they are passionate in what they do and their quality installs are designed to make you want only them to handle your next project. Their systems, although very complex in the background are user friendly and intuitive to use.
Gary and his staff go above and beyond to bring customer satisfaction. When parts of my order were stuck in a warehouse over an hour away from St. Louis, Gary drove there to pick them up so he could finish my install in time for the holidays. The fact that he went out of his way to track down my parts and then drive out there to get them blew me away! Thank you AV Experts for great quality work and impeccable customer service.
