I had a 17 year old sound system in my home. It had become obsolete and one of the components went bad and could not be replaced. I contacted a couple of other companies and no one could do anything within reason. My son had used Techno Sound and highly recommended them. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. He solved my problem with a new updated component and restored all 4 of my zones. The quality of my sound is now outstanding and better than it had ever been with my original system. It is also easier to used through an app on my phone. Service was scheduled promptly and completed in a timely manner. The price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
Very happy with the job of hanging a new 65" television over our fireplace. . Was a very easy and smooth process. They explained my options and were able to order the TV brand and model I wanted. They came to look where it would go, took measurements to make sure it would be a good fit and gave me an estimate. When the TV arrived they came to install it. Very professional and neat. The guys were knowledgeable and answered any questions. They set it all up and programmed the remotes. Very pleased with the overall transaction and the professional install. Highly recommend them. Reasonably priced.
If we could give a 10 star review, we would. We found Techno Sound and Video to be a fantastic company to work with. From the 1st phone call, to the final installation process, they have gone above and beyond in their level of professionalism and integrity. Working with Nick and Chrystal to book and schedule was so easy and efficient. When Ryan and Ken came out to install the system, they were both friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Techno !!
