My experience with Intense audio and video was nothing shy of great. When I called, angel was extremely courteous and prompt. When I discussed what my needs were. (Help with a complete , existing entertainment system , that needed a little updating ) it was no problem for angel he took care of everything. The best part was when he installed a few components I needed to upgrade my system, there was no up charge. The price he charged was the same price I would’ve paid on Amazon. Angel is my new go to for anything tech. Thanks angel.
