We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Next Level Audio & Video Solutions!!! Jesse handled everything from start to finish with true professionalism and attention to detail. He set up a rock-solid network with a 10G cloud gateway, integrated WiFi 7, and a compact ceiling-mount access point that gives us excellent coverage throughout the house—including the backyard. The installation of the 8-port PoE switch and AVB audio switch made our music distribution seamless, and the Starlink ethernet adapter integration was flawless. He also went the extra mile by programming Savant, installing all the necessary equipment, and setting up VLANs to keep our guest network and WiFi bands separate and secure. The media room AVR was perfectly tuned, and the optical cable install ensures our TV audio is distributed beautifully across all audio zones. To top it off, the outdoor speakers sound fantastic on the patio. Everything works smoothly, looks clean, and was explained clearly so we feel confident using the system. Highly recommend their services!
I had a couple of large, floor-standing tower speakers that I needed to replace because I didn't want them falling over on the kids and dogs. I also wanted to upgrade to an Atmos 5.1.4 setup. I called Jesse and he looked over my media room and gave me his suggestions. He wrote three proposals to choose from: low, medium, and high budget. He emailed them and then called to explain all of the equipment and installation in great detail. I was able to select the one of the proposed options and mix and match components from the other options to tailor them to my needs. I was able to sign the proposal over the internet. Jesse was in contact prior to the installation to let me know when the work would begin. He and James uninstalled my current 5.1.2 setup, pulled the old wires from the attic, and ran new wires through the attic and inside the walls. They installed Focal speakers, on-wall, in-wall, and in-ceiling. All the speakers are flush and look great. They set up a Marantz receiver, an Apple TV box, a Watt Box power manager, and a universal remote system. When they were finished, the media room looked and sounded great. Jesse and James are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Great service and attention to detail. They setup our Sonos music system at our home in Santa Rosa Beach and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Will continue to use them for all of our technology needs.
