We were exceptionally pleased with our experience with Integrity Sound. We had existing components we wanted to use but were looking to upgrade others. Joe worked with us to incorporate our existing components and the new additions he recommended into one fantastic system. He made intelligent suggestions on how to spend our money wisely and never used high pressure selling tactics or attempted to oversell. When it came time for installation his team of professionals treated our home like it was their own. They used drop cloths, took off their shoes before they entered, cleaned up after themselves and were knowledgeable and respectful. Damir and Brad went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Damir was very thorough in providing training and explanations about the system. I would highly recommend Integrity Sound to anyone considering any type of AV purchase. They are simply awesome!

A great experience with Dan at Integrity Sound in Lakewood Ranch. From the very first meeting, he explained TVs and full sound system/networking for our new house. Dan was thorough - he did an excellent job explaining all options. We picked out a complete home package including full network system. Dan took his time explaining the setup and reviewed operating all equipment. He even came over early on a Saturday morning to answer our questions - top notch customer service. Kudos to Dan, I highly recommend him and Integrity Sound. The install team was great, too.
