One of my favorite contractors. I was somewhat hesitant after accepting their quote and making payment in advance but when installation day finally came, I was blown away. The owner of Maddox AV valued quality in the same way I do (hidden cables, color matching, clean work) and was creative in coming up with solutions to conceal wiring and run wires through the walls of our complex deck house. Communication is awesome. The team is great. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend for any AV needs. We used them for mounting our TV, installing outdoor Sonos speakers and wiring, running ethernet to security cameras, and wiring up the routers/access points.

Nick and his company’s work is second to none. From the very first phone consultation, he was the only person who seemed to understand our vision and knew exactly how to execute. His attention to detail is extraordinary. He was outstanding about showing us what was possible and the variations we could make. I got a five TV system mounted in my bar area for sports (though sadly no March Madness this year!). He put in surround sound in our main room and even showed us how we could get speakers wired to every room in the house. And far less expensive then I would’ve imagined. The work was clean, he made sure we understood how to use the systems and he simplified everything for us. Now I feel like I have the most “wired” house on the block. From a technical and craftsmanship standpoint, you will not get this level of work from Best Buy or some big box place. With Maddox, you’re getting personal attention, incredibly detailed and personalized for you. I would recommend Nick and Maddox to everyone looking to do AV jobs both large and small. It’s the personal touch that matters. Nick cares about your system and how you plan to enjoy it. And he crafts it for you. I really can’t say enough about the work they did. And from a price standpoint, everything is explained up front. And nick does everything he can to limit your costs on supplies, etc. Our project was something we installed to use for the next 20 years and it was well worth every dollar. So glad we found Maddox (all credit to my wife!).

I only have great things to say about Nick and the services he provided me this year. I was having my basement finished and Nick walked me through the pre-drywall process of wiring in ceiling speakers, a security camera and everything that was needed to create a home theater. I was exceptional when it came down to meeting my needs as he asked me several times, "how do you envision yourself using this room". By doing so, we were able to pin down the type of equipment and equipment that will be needed. He was able to give me several recommendations within my budget and saved me some money on several of my selections. After my basement was near completion, Nick returned to install all of the equipment, made sure everything was in working order and gave me a tutorial on how to use the equipment. It was great from the beginning to the end. He is always available and responds to messages promptly. Nick is very trustworthy and keeps the space that he is working in very clean. I felt safe giving him access to my house when I could not be there. In summary, I am enthusiastic when it comes to recommending Maddox Audio Video design for your A/V needs and look forward to working with him again in the NEAR future !!!
