I have worked with Jake Eisen for 8 years since I moved to West Michigan. He sold and installed a home theater system with a wide screen HD TV and surround sound speakers along with 2 outdoor speakers for my deck/patio. He also programmed a Logitech universal remote control to operate the entire system with a single remote. He recently upgraded this for me. He has been a pleasure to do business with! 12/9/23: In May this year Eisen AV installed a new OLED TV and yesterday installed a new Anthem amp and completed the upgrade of all my speakers to Paradigm Premier. The new system is outstanding! The TV has amazing clarity and sharpness and the sound system delivers huge sound! In the spring Eisen AV will upgrade my outdoor speakers with Paradigm products. The team at Eisen AV is great to work with and I am an enthusiastically satisfied customer!

Eisen AV has installed and serviced my tvs, WiFi and all my smart home devices such as music, cameras and Alexa. They are very well trained on everything technology. They are nice as well and always polite. They always ask if they can help with anything else. We like them.
