I was having “network congestion “ pop up often on TV’s and needed this to be dealt with. Andy came in, did an observation and got to work on a solution to fix. He gave me a few options and I’m absolutely beyond impressed with the entire process - start observation to install complete! The option to upgrade equipment to serve for new and upcoming internet devices and much needed network speed for now and future - to support all network devices hardwired and WIFI. End of day, new network devices/ professional install- not a single issue since. Thank you Andy and we will be using Signal AV for all future additions to our systems.
