VERY KNOWLEDGABLE FOLKS!!!! I'VE BEEN USING THEM IN MY HOME FROM MY ORIGINAL BUILT IN OVER 20YRS AGO- THEY WALKED ME THROUGH AND HELPED ME BUILD AND HOUSE MY MULTIMEDIA ROOM WITH 5 COMPENENTS ALL HARWIRED INTO A HIGH END MARANZ RECIEVER/JBL SPEAKERS WALL MOUNTED WITH SINGULAR UNIVERSAL REMOTE. THEY HAVE RETURNED ONLY A FEW TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND ALWAY KNEW MY SYSTEM. I THEN RECENTLY HAD A FLOOD AND THE WHOLE SYSTEM HAD TO BE RESTORED AND REBUILT- BUT BECAUSE THEY DID THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM IT TOOK THEM No TIME AT ALL TO KNOW HOW ALL THE COMPONENT PARTS WENT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN... AND WITHOUT ANY 'PRICE GAUGING' OR HIDDEN COSTS THAT SOME PLACES TEND TO DO THESE DAYS....

We visited the store twice and they patiently answered our questions, went through TV and sound bar options in detail and then set up installation for two days later (thank you , Al). Jason and Matt came to our home, set everything up on our internet, hooked up our streaming services to the roku, helped us connect spotify to the TV sound bar, and then let us run through how to use the 3 remotes until we had everything down. Very polite. Wore good masks, took boots off, had a cloth for the floor, no rush - very pleasant and competent.

Hippos team provided wonderful customer service and advice throughout the entire process on our project to get a TV and speakers installed in our family room. The installation and tech team were friendly and knowledgeable, with their work being top notch. After the job was done, if I had any questions they were quickly answered--- you get a true sense they care about their customer and work!!

They advertise goods and services they do not provide and no one likes an apologetic vendor. I spent about 800 to have two remote car starters installed. They no longer install mobile audio products, but they continue to advertise. eMail, no response, Phone call, no human. I leave a message. A day later, another. Two days later another. My GF leaves a message,... no response. I leave a rather critical message which triggers a call. After 8 days, I have human contact. The owner calls and converts the issue into blame. It's my fault. Rather than working to resolve the problem, I'm asked to be in his shoes, understand his problems and give him ample time. He seems bent upon my embracing his business woes and tells me of his strategic vision and passionately argues my position. I simply wanted a return phone call. He also insists we've been called. Rather than play that game, I inquired about the outcome of those calls. After a few minutes of heightened conversation, he says: "I will check my inventory and call you tomorrow" and then proceeded to do exactly what he claimed they do not do. He did not call me. I call. I leave a message. My daughter posts this experience to Facebook. This triggers another call from the owner and, again, it's my fault but this time I am accused of Slander. I did not lie, nor did I exaggerate, I did point out that they have not return phone calls AND advertise a product and service they do not provide. I don't need to spend more time and money with Audio Obsessions, so I won't. I was impressed with the owner's passion and rhetoric, but had he simply focused on my problem rather than defending his problems, the car starter would be working and everyone would be happy.

Five star service every time I need something done for the car. I cannot think of any place else where the professional workmanship and courtesy is always top notch. Consider this company for ALL of your Audio Obsessions!! :-)

I just had my second started installed and I could not be happier. Fair price, professional staff, and an overall great experience... I couldn't be happier.
