They arrived right at 8 AM and worked nearly the entire day with impressive focus and professionalism. They installed full surround sound in our living room, mounted our TV perfectly for seated viewing, added audio in multiple locations throughout the home, and landed several network drops that were cleanly finished and immediately ready for use. Everything was completed with precision — no shortcuts, no guesswork. Our household is very technically capable, but this was not a job for the average “techy” DIYer. Even with our background, achieving the proper sound dynamics, configuration, and clean execution would have required extensive time and effort. The real value came from Brian’s consultation: he walked us through what we actually needed, recommended the right equipment, coordinated everything, and had all hardware ordered within a week. We ABSOLUTELY couldn’t have found a nicer and more knowledgeable person to do our install. We ran into a few snags along the way, but Brian was already thinking ahead and coming up with a solution. He’s personable, but professional. Very detail oriented and cleans behind himself as he goes. We’ve had people do work before who were rough, but Brian treats your home with the utmost respect. We are super impressed with how well our new tv looks mounted and how well every wire is hidden from view. Hands down would recommend to provide services to anyone looking. You won’t be disappointed.
