I contracted with Techifi on a complex retrofit wiring project in my home. It was originally built with no consideration for networking or smart home, and I wanted a major upgrade to my house's technological capabilities. Techifi worked with me every step of the way to ensure my needs were met and I was ready for the future. We went through a very thorough planning phase where every ethernet and fiber run was mapped out, every piece of equipment detailed and discussed, and timelines and clear expectations were set. When it came to the actual install the team was highly skilled, professional, and efficient, taking any unexpected issues because of my unique house in stride. I have no hesitation recommending Techifi and their fantastic team to anyone for any size project, and I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future.
My experience with the team from start to finish was exceptional. Their process of spec'ing the system was very thoughtful and complete. The team was available for calls or emails prior to installation to address any questions or concerns that I may have had. On the day of installation, the team was prompt, professional and very skilled. The system is running flawlessly and I could not be happier. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Techifi. The initial consultation and estimate were very thorough (and fair) and I was given a recommendation along with alternatives.
