Our experience with Custom Audio Video was wonderful. From the sales and office team who helped us select our Sonos system, designed the setup, and arranged the appointments, to the technicians who did the installation, the entire experience couldn't have gone better. We love the music and audio we can listen to throughout the house as well as the improved wireless signal inside and outside the house, and know that if any questions or needs arise, the folks at Custom Audio Video will be there to assist with a solution! I have used Custom Audio Video at 3 different homes over the last 15-16 years. I am always impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Everyone on their team including Jed, Matt, and Steph are superb and extremely service-oriented. They take on any job however large or small. Wow, can't say enough good things. I have worked as an engineer with many contractors over the years. The best ones are responsive, skilled and provide service with a friendly attitude. CAV checks all the boxes. They installed a whole house wifi system for us along with finishing off hard wired connections through the house. The system has been working flawlessly and we are impressed and happy. Would definitely recommend them.
