Jacorey was very punctual, professional and took safety measure protecting my carpet and furniture as well as wearing his mask. I had two TV's mounted (65" and 55") both with electrical outlet relocation to hide those pesky wires and the mounts/brackets were included, and he was able to get it up and running for me as well. He is very knowledgeable at his craft, quick and very reasonable... so far best when it comes to pricing. I would be happy to use him again for my floating vanity.

They did an awesome job. Mounted my 85” Samsung Frame TV and mounted my current TV in my office. Very happy with the results. Will use them for future projects I have planned: camera installations and Amazon hub setup, outdoor TV, etc.

Jeremiah and his two co-workers were fantastic! I needed someone to install 8 pairs of recessed ceiling speakers, some volume controls, and one pair of outdoor porch speakers in a house that had been pre-wired. I was pretty nervous about cutting all those holes in the ceiling, but right away I saw these guys were extremely capable and very fast. They did a great job positioning the speakers to hide the holes left by the place-holder wiring boxes. No drywall patching needed! Jeremiah knows the Sonos system very well. Though I had bought and set up my Sonos system myself, he went the extra mile to connect the wires for me at the Sonos end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to someone looking to hire out an entire Sonos project from start to finish.

I've now used Houston Custom Installers for several four-figure installations regarding electronic A/V equipment inside and outside my home. Most recently, they installed a ten-camera security system with DVR that I had picked up from Costco on sale. As expected, they offered a clean installation, friendly service, and consulted me throughout the ten hour job. As a bonus, they re-distributed the attic insulation to erase their tracks created during the complex installation (which left no visible holes or wires behind). So far, I've used Houston Custom Installations for installing projector, screen, and speakers in my media room; in-ceiling rear speakers in the living room; and outdoor TV and in-ceiling speakers on my back patio. Anthony (both of them), Jose, Moses, and William have all been a pleasure to have work on my home and I'll have them back out anytime I dream up a new project.

I spoke with Chris from HCI several months ago about installing in-ceiling speakers in my prewired house. I had a good idea of the price range that I wanted to be in and received excellent speaker recommendations from my rep. Scheduling the install was simple and my installer, Lester, showed up right on time. Lester was very friendly and explained every step of the process to me. The work that he performed was flawless in every way and my Episode In-ceiling speakers sound absolutely amazing. We just signed a contract on a new house which will start being built this summer. Houston Custom Installers will be the only company I call to pre-wire my living area, theater and bedroom. These guys are fantastic!
