We hired CWAV LLC to install Starlink at our lake home near Minocqua, and we could not be more delighted with their work. From our first conversation with Amber to the time the installer Steve walked out our door at completion of the work, everything was of the highest quality. I work for the world's largest business and technology consulting firm, so I have incredibly high standards and know what great technology service looks like ... and this was it. They were easy to work with in all respects, from quoting, solutioning and scheduling right down to the actual installation and setup work. In addition to Starlink (which is AMAZING ... goodbye and good riddens Frontier), Steve also delivered and setup a new 75" Sony TV from Best Buy with soundbar and subwoofer. We had three old dishes attached to various parts of our three level log house, and Steve took those down for us too. I interacted with the owners Amber and Chris, as well as the installer Steve, and everyone was polite, focused on serving, thorough, and insightful with suggestions for optimizing what we needed. If you need any home technology, AV or automation work done I am certain there is no one better in the northwoods of Wisconsin.
I recently had Starlink installed by Chris @CWAV, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, Amber returned calls quickly and was very helpful with setting up times for consulting and installation. Chris was creative and thought outside the box to ensure the installation was perfect. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, which I really appreciated. The installers were friendly, professional and made sure every detail including making sure wires on the outside of my house were straight and cleaned up everything spotless after the work was done! Highly recommend CWAV for their exceptional service and clean efficient work.
I recently purchased a Sonos surround sound system. Chris and Amber were professional and knowlegable about the system. Chris delivered and installed the system. He was respectful of my home, and did an excellent job installing the sytem. He explained the system and the Sonos app. Chris cleaned up and repmoved all the boxes. I am very satisfied with CWAV and will recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their home entertainment experiance.
